This morning a group of 9 Fire Observers departed for Long Beach, California. For the next 7 days they will be running a training program with the Long Beach Fire Department so they'll be going out on calls but numerous visits and drills are on the itinerary as well.
Once the program is over some down time is schedulled as well in San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon,…
Marc Opstal and Peter Frederickx are the crew chiefs. The group is set to return on October 5th.
